The clinicians are not currently filing with any insurance carrier, but can provide you with a receipt that you can file independently with your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.  Each clinician sets their own fee; please speak with each practitioner directly to discuss their current rates.

Payment is expected at the end of each session.  Each clinician accepts different methods of payment.

Cancelations should made 24 hours in advance by phone.  Failure to cancel the session with 24 hour notice will result in a charge for the full amount of the session.

Please arrive approximately 5-10 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out initial paperwork. 

All minors need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian for authorization and paperwork.
